I recently suffered from hepatitis A. I have had digestive problems since childhood, but conditions have become worse now. I see undigested food in my stool. Is it normal?

Undigested food in stool is usually high-fibre vegetable matter,which isn't digested by the enzymes in your git.Certain viral Git infections can speed up the transit time of stool moving through your git leading to diarrhoea and presence  undigested food in stool.When GI tract is performing properly ,it takes 24-36 hours for food to pass through your system.Eat fibrous rich diet,drink plenty of water which will aid in digestion properly.Pay attention on time of meals.Having small frequent meals will reduce indigestion.Some Homeo med like antim crudum,calcarea carb,aconite napellus,aethusa,antim tart,argentum nit,arsenic,bryonia,chamomilla,lycopodium,nux vomica,phosphorus will relieve trouble.
